Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup directly from your address. Customers are not required to ship the item themselves.

Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and securely packed at the time of pickup. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Personalized or custom-made jewellery

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or are returned without original packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
